Important announcements

Release notes changes

Starting with this release, all release notes will only be published with their product documentation:

• Surfsight portal - release notes will be published on the kb.surfsight.net on release day

• Partner portal - release notes will be published inside the Partner Portal documentation on release day, accessible from inside the Partner Portal

• Developer portal and APIs - release notes will be published on developer.surfsight.net in the Changelog on release day

As usual, we’ll also publish:

• A unified release notes PDF for internal access

• All product documentation that appears at kb.surfsight.net as HTML, HTML5, Word and PDF files in our EXTERNAL sharing folder for repurposing by partners

Sprint cadences

For the time being, we’re continuing with the cloud release every 4 weeks.
Not to worry, urgent issues will be taken care of through the standard procedures and will not be affected.
