  • Recording timeline reusable component is now being implemented in the Surfsight portal.

  • The Partner Portal facelift continues with updates to the sub-partner area, giving it a fresh new look.

  • Due to a new more stringent validation process, when using the ​POST / virtual-event​ API call, the service verifies that the requested event date is within the organization retention period. If the date is not within this time period, an error is returned. The error code is 400 with the error message: The ​time​​ parameter is out of range according to the retention period configured for the device organization. If you have any questions, please contact your Technical Account Manager.
