GTM Nov 15 2021 Updates

The November 15 2021 🗓️ ♍ GTM forum was held with the following status updates:

Reminder: We want to improve Surfsight more and more everyday. Please submit your requests at least once a quarter - use the Support ticketing mechanism and let us know what you’ve noticed!​

Code Red messaging

  • A new Code Red process owned by Perla was soft-launched last week. We’re working on publishing the SLA so it can be shared with partners.

New power cables

  • J1939, RP1226 and iOX are expected to be released next week hopefully; a final date will be announced as soon as we get relevant info from our manufacturer and shippers.

Release E22

  • Improvements to Partner Portal. RN is here.

Developer portal beta

  • Dev portal has made great progress and is more or less on time.

  • Scheduled to be announced at the virtual event.

Firmware 3.10 + ADAS

  • Beta is beginning in the next 1-2 weeks.

  • Features include improved new road-facing safety events (ADAS).

  • Doc and PMM team are working on content in the following order of priority:

    1. Release notes in PDF

    2. Documentation in PDF

    3. Internal training planning & creation

    4. Internal training delivery

    5. Product video

Surfsight website migration

  • Migration to Lytx.com is in development and targeted for mid-November. If you have content or are aware of content you think should be included in our new Resource Hub please update us - contact Julia or Rachel C. directly.

📝 Noticeable (External)

  • Beta seems to be successful for phase 1 and rollout to customers should begin towards the end of November.

📖 LMS launch

  • QA phase is beginning soon.

  • Initial launch expected on time on Dec. 1.
