The November 02 2021 🗓️ ♍ GTM forum was held with the following status updates:

Code Red messaging

  • We experienced a 4-hour outage red code a few weeks ago and an additional outage this week.

  • The different teams are aware of the messaging issues surrounding Code Red incidents.

  • Our Code Red process will be improved over the next couple of weeks to help better mitigate the resulting damage.

  • We’re writing up messaging for these two outages and will distribute as soon as possible.

GTM process improvements​ (New)

All launch plans are now stored in Asana in the Product Marketing Portfolio: https://app.asana.com/0/portfolio/1201260590845074/list​

  • Each launch is separately managed as a project.

  • Task owners are invited to add their tasks to their boards.

  • Roadmap visible from Teams and/or Asana​.

  • Views include Timeline, Calendar, Kanban, and more…

New camera accessories

  • New power cables for AI-12 are scheduled to be released towards mid-November.

  • The updated form and additional information will be delivered with the release.

Release E21

  • Final alarms where fixed

Developer portal beta

  • Dev portal has made great progress.

  • Scheduled for the campaign to begin the end of November.

Firmware 3.10 + ADAS

  • Beta is scheduled to begin at the end of November

  • Features include improved new road-facing safety events (ADAS).

  • These releases will require internal and external training for calibration and new alerts.

Surfsight website migration

  • Migration to Lytx.com is in development and targeted for mid November.

Noticeable (External)

  • Beta seems to be successful for phase 1 and rollout to customers should begin towards the end of November.
