The October 19 2021 🗓️ ♍ GTM forum was held with the following status updates:
Code Red messaging
The different teams are aware of the messaging issues surrounding Code Red incidents are in the process of ironing things out.
In the meantime, we’re preparing messaging for the most recent incident and will update you soon with the relevant details.
New camera device cables
New power cables for AI-12 are scheduled to be released towards mid-November: Geotab iOX cable connecting the GO9 and A12; an RP1226 power cable; and a J1939 cable for trucks. The updated form and additional information will be delivered with the release.
Release E21
E21 was released on the 17th and include the alarm hierarchy fix.
Developer portal beta
Dor will be the developer portal Product Manager
We’re working on an ongoing strategy for marketing and supporting the Surfsight API and the portal.
Surfsight will release the developer portal for internal review on or around November 1st.
Marketing communications are scheduled to begin November 29th with an email announcement.
Firmware 3.10 + ADAS
Scheduled for mid-Q4, including improved new road-facing safety events (ADAS).
These releases will require internal and external training vis-a-vis calibration and new alerts.
Surfsight website migration
Migration to Lytx.com is in planning and targeted for November.
White-label portal
Currently, in development, led by Zlil, the white-label portal is scheduled for rollout in Q1 2022.
We are looking to invite leading partners who are interested in joining the alpha program.
Additional info and updates
Training and knowledge transfer is hugely important for the upcoming tier 1 & 2 releases and should be handled with care.
We’re also looking into preview collateral for the top tiers.
