We are happy to announce that we have fixed the livestreaming issue on US and EU clouds.
Additionally, we were notified by AWS that between January 28 10:56 PM and January 29 3:06 AM PST, they experienced an issue for CloudFront customers with S3 static website origins. This could have impacted partners using surfsight portal, partners portal, and s3 presigned urls.
the team is still investigating and full RCA will be provided later.

Impact of the service outage: NA and EU cloud.
