Duration of the Database Maintenance: We expect a downtime of 15 minutes.
Impact of the service outage: Some clients may experience issues accessing APIs. We are not expecting any data loss during this maintenance period.
Partners impacted by the service outage: US cloud and EU cloud.
Schedule Database Maintenance timeframe:
US cloud: On 08.02.2025 from 21:00 PST to 00:00 PST
EU cloud: On 08.02.2025 from 19:00 PST to 21:00 PST
