We’re experiencing a service outage with our ticketing system. Customers are receiving a “Rejected Email” when replying to cases at [email protected]. We escalated this issue already to out IT and Salesforce team and working on solution. In the meantime, as a work around Tech Support Team is going to re-send emails from their personal email accounts to all open cases, instead of the support account. We apologize for any inconvenience.
